Every digital account purchased on our platform includes an active replacement warranty:
- If an account experiences an initial login failure, invalid password, or pre-existing checkpoint upon first access within 24 to 72 hours of delivery, our support team will replace the account 100% free of charge.
- To claim a replacement, simply contact our 24/7 Live Support with your Order ID (e.g. ORD-XXXXX) and a screenshot of the issue.
💰 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- 1Out of Stock / Inability to Deliver: If an ordered product variation is out of stock and cannot be delivered within 24 hours, a 100% full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Crypto USDT, Binance Pay, or Bank).
- 2Duplicate Payment: In the event of an accidental double transaction or overpayment, the surplus amount will be refunded promptly.
⚠️ 3. Non-Eligible Conditions
The warranty does not cover:
